CombiMatrix provides fast, high quality design-to-results laboratory services for CustomArray™ microarrays. CustomArray™ Services provides a total solution for customers wishing to concentrate on the data rather than the microarray experimental logistics. The CustomArray™ Service team begins by working with the customer’s experimental design to create a bioinformatic build. Once the sample is received, the CustomArray Services Team will begin RNA preparation, hybridization and data collection. Like CombiMatrix microarrays, CustomArray™ Services are exclusively built for each and every customer.

CustomArray™ Services Provide

• Expertise: CombiMatrix scientists specialize in microarrays and bioinformatics and are the same highly trained staff that built the CustomArray™ product.
• Extremely competitive pricing: The array and the service are both provided by CombiMatrix. Samples can also be run in a low density format to lower the cost.
• Simplicity: The arrival of the sample and the microarray work needs to be coordinated with only one primary CombiMatrix contact. One-stop-shopping for microarray services is available only at CombiMatrix.
• Versatility: Designs can be created and modified at the customer’s request.

Samples
For pathogen genotyping DNA, RNA or PCR products are acceptable. For all other applications CombiMatrix processes RNA samples.

Sample Preparation
CombiMatrix does not provide sample preparation. Please contact us at arrayservices@combimatrix.com if sample preparation is a requirement.

Data Analysis
CombiMatrix CustomArray™ Service package includes basic analysis of the microarray patterns consisting of data extraction, normalization and background correction.

Turn-around
Turn-around for CombiMatrix CustomArray™ Services within 15 business days after the sample has passed the CombiMatrix quality control guidelines.
