CombiMatrix has nanotechnology products on the market now and in use by partners now.

CombiMatrix’s technology involves the use of semiconductors to build arrays of nanomaterials at the molecular level. In the case of DNA or polymer arrays, we build strands of DNA or polymer -- molecule by molecule. In the case of other materials, such as metal alloys or fuel-cell catalysts, we build nanostructures of the material by controlling the electrochemistry of the reaction at each site on our semiconductor arrays.

As explained in “CombiMatrix Technology -- How It Fits Together,” we use this technology in a multitude of areas.
